Effective software for assignment work

As a training course material developer and reviewer for my contractor, ProofHub offers a unified platform where I can monitor all my assignments, regardless of their varying content and access all the necessary documents for completing my work projects.

Cons

I often had to click a URL multiple times to access a specific document. For many of my tasks, I needed to open several documents and switch back and forth between them, which sometimes required multiple clicks to load the correct document.

The process becomes more time-consuming as the amount of content and entries increases.

1. The speed is slow. 2. Custom column settings can't be shared with others in the table. 3. Workflow editing isn't available within the table. 4. Tasks cannot be created directly in each workflow, they must first be created in the initial workflow and then moved.
