The best thing about Quickbase is how flexible it is and how easy it is to customize to fit my needs.

Cons

One thing I did not like is that it has a bit of a learning curve involved. So if you are a new user, you might have to spend some time getting used to it.

The perfect choice for small enterprises

Navigating through the system is very simple and I find it fairly easy to use.

Cons

Well it is great that we as a user can customize and modify things but at times changes are made without considering the overall flow and process, which creates confusion.

Allows to manage projects with ease

Quickbase is one of the most practical project management platforms I have ever come across. Also it is packed with user-friendly features that make things so much easier.

Cons

I find it practical in every way but it could definitely improve its infrastructure for managing multiple projects.

The best tracking tool!!!

Pros

I really like the logbook and maintenance log features in the app as they are quite helpful for keeping things organized.

Cons

Whenever I add a vendor to our database, it takes a while for them to show up in the purchase order section unless our admin manually refreshes the vendor list. And it is something that annoys me.

Knowledge base feature is the BEST.

Pros

The knowledgebase library feature is the best. As it is so handy to have all the important details of my operations in one place.

Cons

Updating outdated information depends entirely on how responsive and active the admin is. If they are not quick, it can slow everything down.

Quickbase centralized reporting

Pros

I love that I can get all the corporate reports such as forecasting, inventory, price changes, all together in one spot. It saves me so much time.

Cons

I have never had any issues with QuickBase. It's user-friendly and easy to work with.

User-friendly but lacks important features

Pros

Quickbase software is pretty easy to use. The best thing about it is that I didn't need to know any coding to get started.

Cons

Honestly, I couldn�t really find a solid use case for it. Even though it's easy to use, I felt like it did not have the depth or features I needed to get the job done.

Brings together everything

Pros

It is great that it combines so many tools I use every day, like staff scheduling, budgeting, inventory management, price tracking and shopping. In short it provides me everything in one place.

Cons

So far, I haven't come across any problems. It works perfectly for what it is supposed to do.

Easy to learn

Pros

Learning Quickbase is so easy. Plus navigating through the folders and sections is fairly simple and non problematic.

Cons

I have had some issues with the search tab. It's a bit tricky because there is a general search and then separate ones for each section, and switching between them can get pretty confusing at times.

Quickbase is highly customizable

Pros

Quickbase is an awesome and flexible platform that makes it easy for organizations to build custom apps, even if you don't have a lot of technical experience. Plus I really like how it supports low-code development, offers tons of customization options and makes collaboration and workflow management a manageable task.

Cons

Pricing is a bit too high and the learning curve is noticeable too. Also even simple use cases feel more complex than they should be. Plus I noticed that reporting also has its limitations.
