An innovative project management tool

Pros

When I worked as a project manager a couple of years back, I really appreciated this tool. It helps you create multiple projects, track every activity and attach files in various formats.

Cons

Although there were a few limitations like not being able to track budget and expenses, it worked well for managing the other details of my projects.

Decent product, worth my money

Pros

The desktop sharing feature works really well, I found the video and audio quality to be excellent. Plus, the user interface is super easy to use.

Cons

It can be a little tricky to find specific conversations in the history, you have to scroll through quite a bit. I also struggle with viewing Word documents sometimes.

Amazing option for task management

Pros

This app is very simple to get the hang of, it practically does all the work for me!

Cons

There are occasional server crashes where I can't access the content, but it doesn't happen often so its alright.

The thing I love the most is how easy it is to get started. You don't need to be a tech expert to create your projects and collaborating with my team is super easy on this platform. Brilliant!

Cons

It would be awesome if they could add the option to communicate with clients directly through the platform, maybe by integrating their emails with the project management tool. This would be a game changer and could really attract more small businesses and agencies to use it. Just my two cents.

Love working as a team on Redbooth

Pros

Really appreciate how simple it is to use. I can check out all my projects and track progress as long as I have a laptop and an internet connection no matter where I am. Assigning tasks is easy and prioritizing urgent tasks is even easier. The tags make it simple for team members to focus on whats most important. The interface is user friendly and easy to learn. We have set up various channels and loaded plenty of data onto Redbooth and we're really satisfied so far!

Cons

The whole task resolve and unresolve system can be confusing for beginners. When a task is marked as resolved but still needs work, the assignees are not made aware. This is something that can definitely be improved. There needs to be a clearer way to handle it.
