Working well for us

Pros

I find it really easy to use both as a user and an adminwhich makes this product a great choice for me.

Cons

It would be awesome if there were better ways to customize the customer view to fit our needs.

All-inclusive project management that works well

Pros

It's awesome to have time tracking, project management and customer communication all in one place. Highly convenient for me.

Cons

Migrating from our old system was a real challenge, definitely not an easy task.

Most efficient tool

Pros

The UI navigation is very simple and easy to use. It's really easy for me to find and get to everything I need, no confusion at all. I love how everything is laid out so I can quickly access whatever I'm looking for without wasting time.

Cons

NO cons. I love that timesheet hours can be automatically pulled based on project allocation , it saves me so much time.

Awesome experience with a great team

Pros

The team was awesome! They were so helpful and supportive throughout the entire process.

Cons

The learning and setup process is steep at first but once you get the hang of it, it's fine.

Smooth customer onboarding

Pros

It has been fantastic for streamlining customer onboarding and project management. The UI is very interactive and it makes tracking projects, milestones and tasks so much easier. I love how we can collaborate smoothly with real-time document sharing and communication tools, so we're always on the same page. Plus the reporting and analytics are really detailed and give me great insights into project progress, helping me optimize workflows. The customizable templates and workflows are a huge time-saver and make Rocketlane adaptable to whatever type of project I'm working on.

Cons

It has tons of great features but tough for newbies especially if you're not familiar with project management tools. Some of the integrations with other platforms could be better and I've noticed occasional performance lags when there's a lot going on. But honestly these are minor compared to all the benefits.

Essential tooL!

Pros

Rocketlane's interface and structured workflows are a big help in cutting down on manual errors during onboarding. It really streamlines communication and task management even when there are a lot of people involved.

Cons

Sometimes the notifications can be a bit much especially with a ton of tasks happening at once. It'd be nice to have more control over how often I get updates.

So easy to use & import activities

Pros

I love how easy it is to use plus the ability to import activities from Google Calendar is a huge bonus.

Cons

I'm not an admin but I'm getting bombarded with daily emails about every project even if the tasks aren't relevant to me. I'd prefer just one email at the end of the day with everything in it.

My fav PM software

Pros

I really appreciate the level of detail I can get like setting deadlines and assigning roles or statuses to tasks. It makes managing projects so much easier.

Cons

It would be nice if you could "hide" completed phases on your screen to free up some space , the screen gets pretty crowded.

Very user friendly

Pros

It's so easy to use and the UI is very clean. Tracking time against tasks with the Google Calendar integration is the simplest way to stay on top of everything.

Cons

There aren't many drag-and-drop features for ordering tasks which would be a cool addition.

Best tool out there

Pros

It honestly makes project management so much easier and way more organized. Everything is in one place.

Cons

Checking older data can be a bit slow at times especially when you need to go through a lot of information.
