Excellent with proper training
Pros
I honestly think SAP could have been a total game-changer for my job if a couple of things went differently. First off all, we didn't get the right training from the start. I'm talking about real training not just a quick overview. I ended up having to go through the SAP certification myself and once I did, I realized how powerful this tool really is. Secondly, we should have invested more in the software. Without the right setup and features it felt like we weren't fully utilizing it. If we had done those things from the beginning, it would've made a world of difference.
Cons
One thing that really bugs me about this is that if someone accidentally deletes a line it's basically gone forever. The IT team can't recover it and it just sits in the system. That's a pretty big problem especially when mistakes happen. I can't totally blame the software though, since proper training could've prevented this. It really shows how important it is to make sure everyone knows how to use the system correctly from the start.

Some problems are a bit too complex for me and I really need experts to handle them as it can be pretty overwhelming.

I really enjoyed using SAP for the inward and outward processes and also for banking tasks. It made those tasks easier to manage.

Great for basics but outdated UI
Pros
SAP is great for basic tasks like inventory tracking and issuing goods. It's really good at handling the basics.
Cons
The user interface is pretty outdated. For example, if I want to print an inventory list, I have to open a separate window instead of just printing directly from the page. It's a bit inconvenient.
