Pros

Reporting features and tools
Pros

I love the ability to customize and automate processes in this system. The real-time tracking and reporting features are powerful and really boost our efficiency, helping me make informed decisions. Plus, it's made right in my home country which makes me feel even better about using it!

Cons

Honestly, the price is pretty high. It took me quite a while to get the hang of the platform and I think it would be especially challenging for anyone who's not familiar with comprehensive business management tools. It's a bit difficult to use.

Not very user-friendly
Pros

This tool has been super useful for setting up jobs. It's definitely been a game-changer for my small agency in getting projects off the ground and managing finances effectively.

Cons

The user interface is way too complex and confusing for me. It's hard to find specific jobs and measuring time seems to be the last thing this tool was designed for. If you only need a simple timesheet for the project you're on, it might work, but running a full weekly timesheet? Not so easy.

Overall a good solution
Pros

It has made everything so much easier for me. It consolidated all of our project components, such as tasks, schedules and finances, into one neat platform. Creating and sending quotes has become easy. I also love the visual sales pipeline; it helps me prioritize deals and move them along faster. The reports from Scoro let me spot time wasters and focus on boosting productivity.

Cons

There are a few functions that I feel are missing from Scoro. Custom fields and dynamic form options would have been great. Sometimes, things are hard to find and it's frustrating. If they could make some performance tweaks to reduce the number of clicks, that would be a huge help. Also, having a bulk option for invoices would save me a ton of time. I'm really tired of copying and pasting the same items over and over.

Best Task Management Tool of 2024
Pros

I find Scoro's reporting and dashboard features incredibly helpful. They give me real-time insights into our projects, team performance and overall business health. I can even customize the dashboards and reports to fit my specific needs and share them with stakeholders.

Cons

One major downside is that it doesn't have an in-app chat feature like some other competitors do. This means I have to rely on external tools or email to communicate with my team and clients, which feels really inefficient and inconvenient.

Pros

Scoro streamlines my daily job
Pros

The integration with my Outlook calendar and the API feature are definitely game-changers for me. They make syncing everything easy.

Cons

Be aware of the 30-day notice rule
Pros

It works great for project and time management. Plus, creating quotes and invoices has never been easier.

Cons

I was really shocked by the 30-day notice period. I had only used Scoro for less than two weeks when my team decided it wasn't the right fit. I requested a cancellation, but you can't do that online like with other platforms and they charged me for a full extra month. I find that outrageous. Also, the people I interacted with from Scoro were very condescending and I discovered they were recording our conversations without asking for permission.

Scoro makes project tracking simple
Pros

It has really helped me streamline our processes. It's especially useful for tracking new sales opportunities. For me, it means I spend less time on red tape and more time actually moving the product forward.

Cons

One thing I really don't like is that you have to manually enable the "send notification as email" option every single time. It's pretty annoying.
