Perfect for task management

Pros

In our environmental consulting work, we often need specialists working on different projects from different locations. it makes easy for us to manage everything in real time from giving feedback to tracking the budget for each project.

Cons

The Gantt view threw me off at first because it only shows the major tasks. Once I got used to it, it made more sense but I think the bar colors could be improved a little.

Excellent tool

Pros

It's a handy tool for us. The interface is simple to learn and it's super practical for our needs.

Cons

It's really easy to use but you should have some project management knowledge to make the most of it.

Great for getting things done

Pros

We really like the way projects are linked together with dependencies. We also appreciate that we didn't have to pay for the free version. Before we were using Excel but it was a nightmare making changes. We've tried Trello before but we prefer the Gantt charts we get here.

Cons

I wasn't happy that even though I set 2 days for one task and 3 for another, the software assumed I could finish both in 3 days. Sure I can fix it with dependencies but I'd prefer it didn't overlap tasks for the same person. Maybe I'm just not getting the software completely.

A fantastic tool for managing projects

Pros

Sinnaps is really easy for us to use and it provides great visuals for tracking our projects, progress, resources and more.

Cons

Honestly, I don't have anything I dislike about Sinap. It's been working great for me.
