For employers, it helps cut healthcare costs by guiding employees to in-network providers and avoiding unnecessary expenses. plus it integrates with our health plans, telemedicine and wellness programs, making benefits management seamless. Also it is a great option for companies that want to improve healthcare access while keeping costs under control.

Cons

It offers helpful healthcare navigation services but at times, it can feel a bit complicated and impersonal. The AI-driven system makes us go through a few steps before we can talk to an actual person, which is frustrating. At times, there are delays in getting clear answers and because it integrates with employer healthcare plans, coverage explanations can be difficult. Also the experience really depends on how well an employer provides benefit details as if the information is not accurate or clearly communicated, it can lead to a lot of confusion.

The process for giving accolades is not something I was able to understand easily. I feel like they could make it better.
