Pros
I think it offers good functionality for the price making it a worthwhile investment.
Cons
The price is good but its missing a lot of features that other platforms offer. Running reports could be way better, it lags a lot kind of disappointing tbh.

Simple tracking with low flexibility
Pros
It works fine for timekeeping but it doesn't have a way to calculate budgets which is a downside for us.
Cons
There's not much room for customization which is bit of a bummer since I like customizing tools to fit my workflow.

Works well for time saving but needs work on synchronization
Pros
A really easy tool for us to deploy and use. it also works smoothly without any issues which saves us a lot of time.
Cons
Sadly synchronizing with quickbooks has been a struggle. We had it set up with an older version of QuickBooks but when we switched to the online version, it just didn't sync anymore.

Productive and user-friendly
Pros
It's a great choice for keeping attendance accurately and we find it very user friendly. It also makes daily tracking much simpler.
Cons
NO downside, I would definitely recommend it for corporate companies.

Simplifies timekeeping and reporting
Pros
SpringAhead is incredibly easy to understand, use and navigate. The approval process is smooth and it makes timekeeping and reporting a left hand work for supervisors to review and approve.
Cons
The only downside is that once the timesheet is submitted and under review, you can't make changes. Sometimes I'd prefer being able to adjust it before it's officially approved.

Meets our needs, exactly what we needed!
Pros
We use it for multiple reasons like time and expense reporting as well as for project tracking. It's been helpful for managing both.
Cons
I have no complaints here to mention. The system works really well for us.

Smooth Integration with QuickBooks, Overall satisfied
Pros
Features such Timesheet, expenses and approvals are all part of our daily activities. SpringAhead rarely experiences downtime and syncing data with QuickBooks is fast and accurate.
Cons
So far I haven't had any issues with this software.

Time saving and really effective!
Pros
It provides great detailed data on projects and for us personally, exporting time cards into QuickBooks works really well and saves a lot of manual effort but only once everything is set up properly.
Cons
There's not a lot of info when it comes to solving problems so we often have to figure things out ourselves. Id love if the instructions come built-in which could definitely improve the experience.

Poor customer service, cant cancel subscription!
Pros
This software worked great for me for 11 years but then they increased the price more than doubled which was frustrating.
Cons
They hiked up the price with no warning and after canceling months ago I'm still being charged. Their customer service is nonexistent. I've found much more affordable software that does the same thing. I absolutely do not recommend Springahead due to their terrible customer support.
