This has been my best experience with time-tracking software. It's easy to use and packed with features that help manage time, personnel, tasks and projects efficiently. It's truly transformed my business and I highly recommend it.

Customer support was super helpful in clearing up everything. It's great for tracking hours and helpful for project planning and resource allocation.

It would be great to have a personal calendar on Streamtime so I can allocate tasks based on time.

Built with users in mind

Pros

I've been with them since before this platform launched even when they had their previous version. It's been amazing to watch how they've built it up with customers in mind. I love it and can't imagine working without it.

Cons

I wish I could schedule when invoices are sent out. But I'm sure if I suggested it to them they'd add it to their list of updates because they're fantastic with support.

Keeps projects on track

It helped me organize my team before we started projects and once the projects were underway it kept us on track and in control.

There are a few elements in the interface that aren't the mostly easy to understand. It's just a small issue affecting a few users.

Perfect tool

Our experience with Streamtime has been 100% positive. From onboarding to ongoing support, customer service and the user experience I honestly like its every feature.

Cons

There's not much to dislike, to be honest. It would be awesome if the mobile app could eventually match the desktop version in terms of user experience.
