It's an easy and helpful system for employees to use.

The admin side is more complicated and maintaining it can sometimes be time-consuming and tough.

Streamlines time tracking

The best thing about Synerion is how it streamlines time tracking and ensures employees are paid on time.

Cons

As for me, aside from the not so helpful customer care services the product is worth it.

User-friendly but complex admin structure

Pros

I find it user friendly for employees. The system mapping helps me meet the ESA requirements.

Cons

For the admin side the hierarchy gets tricky when there are too many changes.

Simple and organized

Pros

Synerion is simple and easy to use for everyone keeping time and attendance records organized and easy to reference anytime whether on desktop or mobile.

Cons

The UI/UX could use a little aesthetic improvement. It's functional but it could be a bit nicer if they made some cosmetic tweaks. Manual adjustments were sometimes a bit of an inconvenience.

Outstanding customer service

Pros

From my point of view, their customer service is outstanding. They are truly dedicated to their customers.

Cons

I have nothing to complain about here. Everything's been great for me.

Excellent reporting

Pros

I enjoy the real time reporting features of Synerion which give insights and updates on workforce data.

Cons

The cost of Synerion is something to consider. It's a bit on the expensive side for me.
