How Taiga worked out for me
Pros
I've been using this open source project management platform for a while now and I love how I can integrate it with other platforms. Super flexible.
Cons
Getting everything set up after the installation took a lot of time. Not a huge deal but still something to keep in mind.

Feels outdated, nothing fresh lately
Pros
It's open source, runs on-premise and I can self-host it. The concept is awesome especially if you're working with Scrum and Epics. It runs fast and feels super dynamic.
Cons
I couldn't really do cross-project planning which was frustrating. It doesn't support epics or Scrum modules and it doesn't even offer a direct migration from the old version. Prioritizing tasks is limited, you can only reorder the backlog or use a custom field but there's no way to display or filter it. The wiki felt basic and wasn't helpful for what we needed. GitLab integration just lets you create issues in Taiga nothing more. I also found it annoying that you can't search or filter custom fields and you can't show them in tables either. And when adding users, I had to use their full email even if they were already in the system. With all these display and filtering limitations, evaluating data properly just wasn't possible.

Solid pick for agile workflows
Pros
What I really like is how customizable it is. Since it's open source,I can tweak things exactly the way I want.
Cons
It's missing a way to manage initiatives at the feature level. That's a big gap and honestly it would be great if that kind of integration was available.

Nice tool for handling different agile tasks
Pros
This tool is solid when it comes to programming and managing software development projects in an agile way. I really like the tracking graphs and the practical way it helps track development time for different tasks in a project.
Cons
One thing that bugs me is that users can only have one role in a project. Sometimes people wear multiple hats like developers who also need user-level access, so it would be better to allow multiple roles per person.

Simple, quick & powerful enough
Pros
I use it to manage workflow, handle issues (great for bug tracking) and keep track of feature development. It even has wiki support for my projects and helps with configuration management too.
Cons
The integration with Git and GitLab wasn't that great. I expected a smoother experience but it felt clunky and limited.

Makes things easier
Pros
It's just so dang easy to get the hang of and use. Doesn't make things more complicated than they need to be. Just helps me keep tabs on progress without any fuss.
Cons
I noticed a real lack of integration features especially when it came to time tracking. That's something we rely on and it just wasn't there.

Awesome agile management solution
Pros
From managing the backlog to sprint planning and estimating stories, it covers everything I need to stay organized during development.
Cons
Setting it up after installation took longer than I expected. And sometimes the performance drags a bit. Also there's no way to change the story's sprint directly from the story edit view which slows me down.

Quick & lightweight project tool
Pros
Taiga has been very easy to use. It's got all the features my team and I needed without any of the fluff.
Cons
Google SSO isn't built in, so we had to use an external plugin. It kinda works but the user experience feels rough and we've run into some errors.

Super flexible and runs like a champ
Pros
We mostly use it as a kanban board and it fits our workflow like a glove. It's helped us save tons of time managing tasks and communicating both with the team and with clients. It's fast, usable and keeps things simple with minimal clicks. I totally recommend it.
Cons
The Scrum features didn't quite fit our workflow. We didn't dive deep into them but from what we tried, they didn't seem to match what we needed.

Fast and easy project + issue tracking
Pros
What makes this software stand out is how simple it is. It doesn't try to do too much or get overly complicated like other tools. It gets the job done. You've got some custom options but honestly if you need too many of those, you're probably overthinking it. This is a tool to help you, not something to manage all day.
Cons
The reporting tools feel too basic. I wish I could filter the data better and use custom attributes more effectively. Right now, I have to pull everything out of It and process it somewhere else which is a pain.
