The software is really handy, it is a great tool for tracking time spent on various activities and it does its job well in that area. though it has a few flaws. That said it has a lot of potential and can definitely improve over time.
Cons
the lack of decent customer service really hurts its overall value. I've reached out to them several times with questions but instead of getting helpful answers, I was just directed to their articles. In today's world, customer service is a huge deal so it's surprising that they don't seem to care much about it. It feels like they believe their product can sell itself without making an effort to support their users.
