Gets the job done and easy to use
Pros
UniPhi has helped our business manage projects from start to finish, from booking materials, creating comprehensive reports, managing purchase orders, scheduling work, receiving parts and dispatching goods to customers. The reporting is fully customizable to meet any business requirement. The team is very knowledgeable and enjoys taking on challenges. They go above and beyond to ensure the system fits the business whereas other systems require businesses to adjust to the software.
Cons
Honestly, there's not much I dislike about this platform. It's fast, functional and does exactly what we need. We're planning to integrate it with SAP which is the only setback for now but that's something we can work on once we have the time and resources.

Well designed platform but needs more options
Pros
The platform is well presented, i love the design. I find it very smooth because navigating through all the features is very convenient and easy.
Cons
It isn't very flexible when it comes to setting up projects. The cost management section in particular, is hard to modify. The whole setup is kind of tough and doesn't allow for much customization between projects.

Friendly team and flexible system
Pros
UniPhi is honestly all in one! it is a complete portfolio, program and project management system. It's a great tool that can be customized according to specific needs. The customer service team is friendly, dedicated and understands project management as a discipline not just as software.
Cons
Sometimes defining exactly what you need can be a bit difficult, so it might take a few tries before you get it right.

Lets me log in instantly but needs some improvements
Pros
I find it easy to log in and start with my day instantly without facing any kind of difficulty.
Cons
Some areas need improvement like nonconformance management. It would be really useful if the system could send automated emails when necessary.

Excellent customer support
Pros
Overall I find the software logical and simple to use. The customer support is excellent, they work very efficiently, first, they're quick to respond to our telephone and email requests, second, they visit our workplace to workshop new process ideas and third, they offer additional services that complement our existing system.
Cons
There's no help feature in the software so sometimes it feels like you're just guessing and experimenting to figure out how certain functions work.

Smooth project management but lacks templates
Pros
It's basically a web based software that covers all PM practice fields including contract administration. I find it really helpful because it brings everything together in one place making project management much smoother.
Cons
The app functionality is a bit limited with fewer pre-loaded settings, templates, workflows and methodologies than I'd like.

Simple to use for timesheets
Pros
The software is simple to use and easy to navigate for completing timesheets.
Cons
It's inconvenient that you can't select a range of time periods for timesheet submissions. It would be much better if you could choose weeks at a time not just up to the current date.

Highly flexible and user friendly software
Pros
The flexibility of UniPhi software is excellent. It allows us to customize workflows to meet specific needs, making them as strict or lenient as necessary for each part of our business. The application is extremely user friendly. Our team loves how it uses one piece of data in multiple ways which removes the risk of duplication. We also appreciate being able to create custom fields to quickly meet our business requirements, using terms our users are familiar with. The support team is very responsive and always eager to resolve any issues we face. We also like how this platform is regularly upgraded with new functions keeping us ahead of the competition.
Cons
Some of the more complicated system admin functions can take a bit longer to complete but that could be more about our network or internet connection than the software itself.

Practical and effective
Pros
The software effectively manages multiple projects helping me track design issues, budgets and milestones efficiently. I find it super helpful for staying organized and keeping track of everything at once.
Cons
I think the visual aspect of the software could be better. It would be helpful if there was a separate summarized homepage showing the projects assigned to me along with the milestones I need to hit.

Quick and gets the job done but complex reporting
Pros
It provides reliable tools and is reasonably quick and easy to use. I really like how hepful it is by making my tasks much easier to manage.
Cons
Navigating through all the reporting options can be tricky since there are so many choices to go through. I sometimes found it a bit overwhelming but once I got used to it, it became easier to find what I needed.
