Reliable for progress but occasional lag

Pros

This tool is really useful for storing user story data and tracking it effectively. We rely on it daily to keep our progress organized and transparent.

Cons

Sometimes it is slow and gives me a "timed out" error which can be really annoying when I'm in the middle of something.

Perfect for agile but lacks flexibility

It was specifically created for agile project management so teams that use agile methods will find it easy to use. We quickly adapted to its structure and found it increased our efficiency.

Cons

Even though it offers integrations some users have pointed out that there are limitations compared to other tools especially when it comes to non agile marketing tools.
