Pros
It helps with tracking OKRs and other objectives. Great for planning ahead, super simple and easy to use with a smooth interface on the homepage. Setting up my account was fast and very easy.
Cons
It's a bit complicated and not the easiest to figure out for new users.

Simple layout
Pros
So far everything's been good for me. The free account setup was quick and I love how I can organize my goals and tasks. It's great to see what's coming up next. The layout is simple and you don't need a technical background to use it. Plus having a mobile app is a nice bonus for me.
Cons
I don't have any issues yet since I'm still getting the hang of this site.
