Adobe Workfront's resourcing functionality is amazing. Plus it makes it very easy for me to check if a resource has the right skills for the task, which saves a lot of time.

Cons

It offers a unique user experience compared to other platforms which makes it a bit tricky for new users to adapt at first. Like I even had to spend some time to understand how it works.

The more you use it, the better it gets

The best thing about it is that it is affordable. Plus it provides everything in detail. Totally worth it and I highly recommend it!

Cons

Well the level of detail is great but the complex UI caused challenges. As it took me a while to get comfortable navigating everything.

Made project management easy

What I love most is how well Adobe Workfront integrates with Creative Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager and other tools in the Adobe ecosystem. It all works together well.

The power tool has a lot of advanced project management features but the interface isn't my favorite.

The best part is that I can use it with our entire team. Sharing ideas, sending memos, setting appointment reminders are all in one place. Plus we can include clients too, making communication way smoother without having to jump between different tools.

Cons

Price was a big factor for me. I used the Select Package and it does not have a lot of extra features but it fit within our budget.

Pros

Workfront makes handling projects and tracking time a simple task. I use it to follow timelines, collaborate with my team and log timesheets. Everything stays in one place, making work highly efficient and stress free.

Honestly, nothing to complain about! It's really simple to use and if I ever run into an issue, I just ask the IT team for help.

A complete project management hub

Pros

Well having a one stop shop for all projects is awesome. Plus with it searching for things is easy and I love that it automatically notifies the next person in line when it's their turn to take over a task.

Cons

Managing sharing permissions for docs and project access felt a little tricky at first but once I got the hang of it, it became much easier.

It is a fantastic tool for marketing. As it brings everything together for us in one place by centralizing and integrating work across teams. No more scattered tasks or miscommunication.

The AI feature could use a little improvement as it does not always work as smoothly as I'd like.
