Smooth experience and helpful customer service
Pros
I find it super easy to figure out things in this system plus the customer service team is always available if you need help. They're always checking in to see how they can help us out.
Cons
To be honest there aren't many issues. The only thing I'd prefer would be is quicker responses when new ideas are put forward for changes. Its just my personal opinion.

User Friendly and good customer support
Pros
According to my experience, its very user friendly. You can import data in bulk which helps speeds up the process. If you ever run into an issue the customer support is so quick to respond and always ready to help and give advice.
Cons
Some of the features and options were new to us as a company so it took a bit of time to get used to it.
