Affordable and easy to use
Pros

The fact that it requires little to no training makes it a great choice for us. Also their pricing is unbeatable and everything is just so easy to use.

Cons

Integrating Wrike with other tools is quite challenging. In short it is not as smooth as I'd like it to be.

A smart investment
Pros

Wrike is a great tool for team collaboration and project management, especially for our remote employees or those who are not always in the office.

Cons

The project views feel a bit limited. It did not let us manage projects the way we were used to, which took some adjustment.

One tool for multiple needs
Pros

We find the task organization and employee scheduling are well-structured. The threaded mass messaging and chat features (BIM IRC-style) make communication easy. Also it offers online project management, due date tracking, business management and budgeting tools.

Cons

No complaints from our organization so far as it provides excellent services and works really well.

Offers multiple customization options
Pros

There are so many different ways to organize, view and process information in Wrike, making it a great fit for our different learning styles. Once we get past the learning curve, the customization options were endless, giving us complete control over how we use the tool.

Cons

The learning curve is pretty steep. As I was giving new hires the training videos during onboarding and I noticed they were not enough. Plus we had to create dedicated workshops lasting a few days to properly teach our team how to use it.

so far very happy
Pros

Wrike comes packed with powerful project management tools, has an intuitive interface and is quite reliable. I simply love it.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve because of all the features it offers and I feel like the pricing might be a concern for smaller teams.

Delivers what it promises
Pros

Not only is it easy to use but the Outlook plugin is a great feature too. Also it lets me send emails directly to a Wrike project, making workflow management even smoother.

Cons

Compared to other project management tools I have used, its visual design is not as appealing.
