Quick setup but limited dashboard
Pros
The speed of creating and deploying training is fantastic. I can brand the interface to match the company's colors and it supports mobile learning. It's also great for international coverage including Asian and Arabic languages. Plus the support is super responsive.
Cons
The database structure for admins is pretty restrictive and illogical. It takes a lot of conversions just to fit things into Yoobic. The standard dashboards are also limited and don't really fit well for organizations. They're stuck on a Region, Country, Site hierarchy, which isn't enough for some organizations.

Useful features
Pros
It allows us quick and easy communication with great reporting capabilities, chat features and a ton of different functions. I find it especially useful during fast paced projects.
Cons
Some of the descriptions for new features could be a bit longer but the customer service is reliable and quick to resolve issues.

Productive tool but slow and buggy
Pros
There are a lot of different tools which is great for tackling various tasks and I've found them helpful in staying productive throughout the day.
Cons
There are huge bugs every day and the keyboard is really slow which makes it hard to use if you're holding the tool all day. Also it drains your phone's battery quickly. And we can't even start a task on our phone and finish it somewhere else, it's not very flexible.

Fast data processing
Pros
I love the support. It's easy to get the information I need and the data processing is really fast.
Cons
The training for using the back office features could be better. While the user interface is simple on the ground level the admin side needs some work to make it more user friendly.

Real time chat & pretty complex
Pros
Yoobic allows me to communicate with the whole team every day in real time which keeps everything running smoothly.
Cons
The tool is powerful but getting it set up is pretty complex. Managing the database requires a lot of attention to detail.
