Pros
It has a user-friendly interface and it's simple to set up and use.
Cons
The time tracking structure should have an additional level after the middle grouping level and accommodate consulting businesses. For example I can't do client product and project rates. Also the personal time track reminder should be sent every day until the required hours are met not just once.

Pros
I have great user experience for data entry with reminders for incomplete tasks and a feature to lock previous week entries.
Cons
I wish I could copy the entire workweek from a previous week or copy and paste data from MS Excel.

Pros
ActiTime is incredibly user-friendly. I was able to set up tasks, track my team's time and run reports on my first login with no interruptions.
Cons
Honestly I didn't dislike anything about it. The only small issue was adding a license but the chat feature with customer service was great. They responded the same day.

Great for small teams
Pros
The great thing about this software is that it is free for up to 3 users (used to be 5) which is great for small projects. It saves time compared to building an Excel template which is what we'd otherwise use in an underfunded setting. It fits my needs perfectly for small scale projects.
Cons
It's not exactly a visual delight like no dark mode and no big minimalistic icons or text.
