Top CRM for Business Needs
Pros

Ticket management feature is something that really standout to me. Plus the online CRM capabilities are amazing too as it makes managing leads and accounts a simple task. Last but not least it has a solid help desk solution and makes customer success much easier.

Cons

With Apptivo, the transition has been smooth and I haven't run into any issues.

Pros

I really like tools that are not only efficient but also flexible and Apptivo CRM has definitely impressed me in that department. As a solopreneur, I need a CRM that can integrate smoothly with various apps and platforms and Apptivo delivers on that. The integration features let me build a custom tech setup that fits my needs perfectly. One of the best things about it is how easy it is to use. I always value simplicity whether it's in coaching or leadership. Moreover its interface is highly intuitive. It saves me time and keeps everything running smoothly. In short it has been a real asset to me. Plus, it syncs easily with the Google product suite, which is a huge win for me, given my background in tech. It feels like an extension of my Google experience, which makes using it even easier. The integration with Stripe is another game-changer for managing payments and finances. It is a perfect fit for a solopreneur like me, helping me stay on top of financials while I focus on coaching and strategy. Also the customer service is fantastic as whenever I have a question, they respond instantly on chat.

Cons

If you're new to CRMs and do not have much understanding of things like objects and APIs, you might face some challenges. However customer support is helpful so there is no need to worry much.

User-friendly and customizable
Pros

Apptivo software is so easy to use, and the customer service is superb too. Plus I can access it from anywhere and it is really customizable.

Cons

The website can be a bit slow at times, and I did not like the Android app as I feel like it is lacking in so many areas.

A must-have for your business
Pros

I can add or delete fields and control every attribute of each one which is amazing. Also the conversion steps are awesome, but I did like to have a few more options. Apptivo integration with Xero is fantastic, and the support team helped me figure out how to sync with more than one Xero account.

Cons

Since it's an online solution, we rely on the internet and overseas cables, which at times make it slower. Also the email receiving feature is not great, so we decided to keep using Outlook for that. The sending email feature, however works perfectly.

Pros

I find this tool really useful for communicating our message to our audience. Plus, the customer service is amazing, always quick to help when needed.

Cons

Would be awesome if there were more integrations, especially with software like Clickfunnels.

Customer support is reliable and helpful
Pros

Had a really good experience with Apptivo. Their support team is responsive and quick to help, which I really appreciate. Also it is really easy to use and adapt to. Plus, customizing it whenever we need is simple too.

Cons

Some of the explanations are a bit confusing, probably due to differences in language use, especially from subcontinental English. For example, when it says trigger will fire in the next year, it actually means the trigger will fire a year from now, not in the next 365 days, which is how we usually interpret it. Plus some of the manual pages could use more standardized English, but overall, everything is still pretty easy to understand.
