A powerful cloud-based PM tool
Pros
The online billing and subscription service, proofing features and the ability to add due dates on projects and tasks are all very helpful. Also we find it reliable. Plus it comes with EMPSA, online project management and seamless QuickBooks integration.
Cons
No complaints here as it has everything we needed.

A great software perfect for big companies
Pros
It is a powerful tool and offers quite a lot of useful features to choose from. However, it is not a perfect fit for our small company.
Cons
The notification system didn't work properly, and I had to spend a lot of time setting everything up.

Poor support, mainly to Android users
Pros
Not for us but it is good for people who are always on the go and need to log time and expenses in real-time.
Cons
It seems like the app is more focused on iPhone users. As an Android user (Fold 5), the upgraded app doesn't work for me. And after months of emailing back and forth, there still has not been a solution. Plus, there is no phone support to help fix the issue.

Pros
I find it really easy and flexible for a lot of tasks.
Cons
I am currently using an older version of the software, and I can already tell that upgrading to the new one is going to be a bit of a challenge for me.

Proven to be excellent for our company
Pros
Well I love how easy it is to customize reports, set up projects and handle invoicing. Plus, pulling data for analysis or checking the health of the firm is really simple.
Cons
Dashboards are not highly customizable. And right now, they don't give us the clear snapshot we need for our firm and it is making things a bit harder to track.

Pros
Time tracking is super efficient and it syncs well with our accounting software for billing. Also, the interface is user-friendly, which allows anyone in our office to enter time and track project status easily.
Cons
One thing I have noticed is that the sync agent is not always reliable.

BT made us highly productive
Pros
BigTime is simple to use. Also it offers great value for the price and my team really likes it.
Cons
I had some trouble getting my colleagues enrolled and onboarded. Also the customer service was slow to respond whenever we contacted them.

A must-have for your work
Pros
I find it quite easy to use. Plus it makes pulling out reports and key info really simple, which helps us make important business decisions on time.
Cons
I don't have any major cons to report. The only issue is that we faced is that we had trouble integrating it with QuickBooks, but thats more of an accounting team problem than a reflection of BigTime itself.

Has a lot of limitations
Pros
I have not much to say when it comes to pros, as setting things up was not easy, and recording time isn't quite intuitive either. That said, it does have tons of customization options.
Cons
When I enter time, it ends up duplicating rows which makes the timesheets super long with hundreds of rows. And it is really difficult for our managers to approve them like this.

The best for all our work needs
Pros
It has proven to be a great tool for our firm to track time on our projects. Also it is been really easy to learn and navigate. I've been able to create custom reports that fit our tracking needs perfectly. We also use it for project management, budgeting and preparing and tracking invoices.
Cons
Well I do not have anything negative to say. From customer support to the online knowledge base, I can usually find answers to my questions easily. The training and follow-up support have been excellent too. We are very happy and satisfied.
