Feels like a blessing

I love how easy it is to use! The interface is clear and it focuses on what really matters in the review process. It's great for collaboration among all the reviewers. Plus it's made in Europe!

Cons

I didn't get any confirmation that the reviewer received the email invitation. There's also no option to import .tbx files for terminology checks, which would be helpful. I wish there were more ways to customize the experience with FileStage. The packages could be more flexible and some features we don't need but there are others that we need more of. People often focus on what's not working but I think it'd be great if reviewers could leave positive feedback too (like how we used to get a sticker on our homework in school , it always made us feel good!). Some reviewers would like to leave a "nice to have" or "must-have" review. It might be useful to have a button or an option next to the review text to select this.

It's very simple to handle and it saves me so much time and stress. The whole review process is done with just one click and it's really simple.

Cons

The project monitoring could still be better. It would be nice to get more personalized notifications like one when the project deadline is approaching.

Filestage lets my team leave comments directly on the document, so we can give feedback and make revisions easily.

Sharing the links with clients for their review is a little tricky.

Customer support is fantastic! They're always friendly and ready to help with anything I need. Uploading and sharing files is so easy and it makes everything run smoothly.

My experience with Filestage

Pros

I like that we can all see each other's comments. It avoids any conflicting feedback. It's very easy to collaborate and stay organized.

Cons

New dashboard feels a bit cluttered but maybe I just need to get used to it. Moving reviewers between stages (without having to invite everyone again) would be great. Also, images don't show fully cropped when you open them and you always have to zoom out. It would be nice to be able to "archive" images at a specific stage. For example if we send out multiple angles of something to a client and they pick 3 out of 6, we should be able to clean up the stage without deleting the images we might need later.

Does the job perfectly

Pros

The user interface is simple and easy to use. It makes organizing everything and getting things delivered on time. It really takes the stress out of the whole process.

Cons

The task analytics are really useful especially broken down into segments of time, job ownership and so on.

Very user-friendly

The design is reallyinteractive and simple and I can always find exactly what I need without any effort.

Cons

The layout could be better and sometimes the messages get mixed up all over the place.

Helpful software

Pros

I apperciate the ability to organize projects and reviews in so many ways by folders, review steps or versions. It's also awesome that I can tag people, leave comments and have ongoing feedback conversations to quickly reach a design consensus.

Cons

It really needs to be possible to upload and download multiple assets all at once in a review step. Right now it's a one-by-one process and when there are a lot of photos to review, it's very time-consuming.
