Pros
It has many great features but the task management feature is my fav. Plus it works well for businesses of any size.
Cons
Kantata is a bit on the expensive side and the mobile app did not work well for me. also the site layout feels a bit difficult to navigate.

Pros
Setting it up was very easy, and I was up and running in no time. It works great too.
Cons
At times it freezes and I think there are a few limitations with the software. But honestly, I can work around it.

Simple to set up and operate
Pros
Kantata is so easy to use, and the implementation process was also quite simple. Plus their knowledge base is huge and quite helpful.
Cons
I feel like some of the basic features could really have some more customization options and be better too.

Ideal for professional growth
Pros
I am very happy with the product and I keep learning more every day. Also it is super user-friendly, and setting up insights is easy too.
Cons
Reports don't update in real time as it takes about 30 to 40 minutes for the data to refresh, which annoys me mainly when I am in hurry.

Pros
My overall experience with Kantata has been excellent. It is designed specifically for professional services, and I'm really starting to see the benefits as time goes on.
Cons
Well I think the app could use some updates as for now it looks little outdated and I would also like to see a more simplified visual look.

It's a one-stop solution
Pros
My fav thing about Kantata is how it combines Professional Services Automation with a feature that lets customers track project progress, shared tasks and documents together.
Cons
The trickiest part of it for me has been customizing reports. During setup, the team built a few custom reports for us and they work fine, but if I ever want to change them, it is really tricky and requires a lot of know-how.

Simplifies strategic planning
Pros
It has made assigning tasks so much easier for me. Now I can keep everyone on track with real-time data and graphs, which helps us finish projects faster. I can also juggle multiple projects without confusion.
Cons
The only thing I wish Kantata would improve is their customer service. Sometimes, it takes a week to get a response, and thats the only downside I have come across.

Makes dividing tasks across projects easy for me
Pros
Kantata has proven to be the best for improving project delivery times. Dividing tasks into smaller groups and tracking progress makes a huge difference. Also it has helped me work better with my team, stay organized and make real-time adjustments.
Cons
Honestly, there is nothing I'd change. The whole system has always worked well for me.
