Pros
I like how simple it is to invoice line items and customize proposals, the steps were easy to understand
Cons
I think the platform needs more variations, It would be great to move line items around without deleting everything just to move something up.

So Far the Best software I've used
Pros
I use it every day for my proposals and I absolutely love it, it comes with all the instructions you need to use it. Even though I'm not a huge fan of software but this one's by far the easiest I've ever used.Its been a lot of time since I am using it and it's made my job 50% easier. Cant really imagine working without it.
Cons
I cant think of anything bad i could say bad about Knowify. There's nothing I don't like.

Great for tracking but permission structure needs work
Pros
Being able to track jobs, there profitability, our productivity, job costing, and expense management has seriously changed everything for us. The reports and data from this platform has really help us find where we can improve and put processes in place to reach our goals. The best part is the change order management, it lets us capture revenue from change orders more often and fully, which has given us a huge ROI. Their customer service is hands down the best wave ever had. Their training and constant updates are super helpful, and I really enjoy their monthly training sessions.
Cons
One thing that bugs me about Knowify is the permission structure being too broad, we're currently working with their devs to make it more detailed. But even though it's a downside they really listen to our concerns and offer real solutions, which I really appreciate. Oh and some of the team didn't like the name Knowify so we affectionately just started calling it Spike because the O looks like a head with spiky hair.

Easy to use, though some features need fixing

I like how it can work online, integrates easily and runs really fast.
Cons
Client billing, retention and handling outstanding payments can sometimes be a bit troubling. Amending invoices also causes a few headaches for me.

Made payroll tracking really easy
Pros
Our company has this thing where it handles projects for cities and government and each needs weekly Certified Payroll documents. Knowify's custom feature lets me have access to project details like sign in and out times and hours, which makes my job so much easier.
Cons
I would appreciate if Knowify had a place to store documents like contracts and bonds attached to individual projects.

Great for training but lacks innovation
Pros
Its not a hassle to figure out things on this platform which also makes it simple to train others. The quoting functions are easy and fast.
Cons
The mobile app is great for field personnel but it lacks features I need for sales as an owner. No CRM and the workflow for scheduling is a bit outdated. The QuickBooks integration is also basic.

Good platform for our work
Pros
We mainly use Knowify to track jobs and we love how organized everything is. We're really satsfied and will continue using it.
Cons
We haven't had any issues with what we use Knowify for. I do wish there were more reporting options like one that pulls all the jobs and shows details that we need. But overall we're happy with it.
