Perfect for managing EOS, Traction processes

This tool is amazing but the customer support is even better. Always ready to resolve my issues. I have been using this tool to document and manage our EOS and Traction processes and its been a game changer.

Pros

Super easy to create checklists regardless of if I'm importing, creating myself, or getting AI help. The UI looks great and the permission and team controls are solid. Its priced just right. The checklists are super detailed where I can add links, subtasks, images, automations, and much more. The reporting is great and exporting works well too. Integration with Teams allows me to send notifications through webhooks. Setting up SSO is easy. The support team is amazing and very well trained, they fix bugs so fast! I've contacted them quite a few times and every time the issue was resolved immediately. I honestly can't ask for more. Very happy with everything!

Cons

Really nothing I can point to. The new interface is as simple to use as the old one. The support team never disappoints and the features are great. Everythings been satisfactory as far as I am concerned!

helped improve our workflow

Pros

Using Manifestly has been a game changer for our team. It really shifted the way we manage workflows and work together for better. The part I like the most is how easily it integrated with tools we were already using, making the switch simple and smooth.

Cons

No flaw as such. I would however appreciate more options to personalize reporting. That would be nice.

The reminders might be a bit too much at times but the snooze or hide features definitely help.

Streamlined form tracking

I find this software really effective for our regular processes. Setting up new jobs and assigning them to the team is really simple. Very convenient and time saving.

Cons

It would be nice if you could make little tweaks after seeting up a checklist. I have to search for items from my subcontractors whenever I am wrapping up a project and I end up creating a new checklist for each job. Inconvenient to say the least.

Manifestly is essential for effective management

Pros

Its pretty easy to use and the interface is tidy. Task delegation and workflow management are quite simple. If theres a problem, they are always very approachable and helpful.

Cons

Would prefer not getting constant notifications when I'm not at work but I understand that its really up to my employer. Nothing other than that.
