Fits perfectly into what I need

There's nothing negative to say. The team continues to constantly develop and improve the app.

All in one but tricky
Pros
I found billing tracking, time management integration, invoicing and overviewing business operations all in one tool. Project management by phases is also included.
Cons
Getting a hang on the more advanced functions like planning and billing types, isn't very convenient. The app could really benefit from step by step tutorials. Also the Ooti smartphone app doesnt work making it pretty much useless for us.

Inflexible hour edits plus time consuming
Pros
The interface is visually clearer than Excel and helps me stay focused and organized during my daily tasks.
Cons
The software is too limited and not really designed for weekly work. You have to break things down by day even when some people need a more general approach. The time validation system is ineffective. You can only make changes before validating the hours so if you need to modify something afterward you have to delete and re-enter the hours. The time entry windows block information underneath making it hard to check hours below and avoid going over the daily limit. Entering hours for each project and day individually is a huge time sink compared to the simplicity of using an Excel sheet. Plus a bug auto-fills previously entered hours when inputting new ones which is inconvenient.

Easy interface with limited time entry options
Pros
The dashboard is easy to navigate with a clean layout, though the ergonomics could be better. The time data entry process could be more streamlined, as it feels a bit repetitive and time consuming
Cons
The user interface is pretty weak and should definitely be improved to make the information clearer. Also there's no way to see the time spent by each person on each project which is crucial for managing teams.

Clear layout but limited invoicing
Pros
The presentation of information is vividly clear and pleasant. Navigation is easy to grasp which helps you learn the logic and where to find information. You can experiment with guided steps and go back if you make a mistake. It's possible to ask questions and get help by email or find answers by typing a question.
Cons
There's no option available for invoicing with subcontractors.

Simple flow but limited features via safari
Pros
I use it with so much ease because the basic interactions feel natural, i dont have to learn the process and the platform has a pleasant design that makes everyday tasks comfortable.
Cons
When using it via Safari I often run into bugs. The homepage and dashboard arent very clear or dynamic either like there's no way to remove comments. Also, it doesn't align well with the contract terms we have with the agency either.

Helpful core but room to grow
Pros
Having a single management platform for core operations is truly great and the quick exchanges I have with the developers help me work around its current limits.
Cons
It's a bit tricky to adapt the software to all of my needs. There's not much room for customization yet. Personally I see this kind of software as a core part of a company's identity so it should be more customizable. The time tracking system also needs work. If you ask me, I'd get rid of the cumbersome hour verification process and find a simpler way to automate the entry of hours. Maybe a link with Google Calendar or iCal could help. Another area to improve is communication between software, especially with platforms agencies use like .doc and .xls files. The spread of data across other platforms remains a weak point. OOTI should aim to be a comprehensive agency management platform as global as possible.
