I really like Paymo as it makes collaborating easy. Also I love time tracking and task management features.

Cons

It was a bit difficult to learn at first and I really wish I could customize things more to fit my needs.

An excellent option available
Pros

Well I have found it to be an excellent tool for project management and time tracking, especially for freelancers and agencies like mine who are juggling multiple clients and projects. Plus the interface is easy to use and I got the hang of it in no time. My favorite feature has to be how I can track the profitability of a project down to each individual task. It's a really helpful way to stay on top of things. What I love most is how Paymo strikes the right balance between being simple yet offering advanced features. As it allows me to assign tasks, track progress and even create detailed invoices all from one platform. The Gantt charts and Kanban boards are great for visualizing timelines and workflows, giving me the flexibility I need to manage everything smoothly.

Cons

The mobile app works, but it does not feel as smooth as the desktop version. Features like time tracking can be a little tricky on smaller screens. Also, the lack of a subtask feature really makes it hard for me to manage more complicated projects. While the reporting is decent, I feel like it could use more options for customization to suit different business needs.

Great, but not quite budget-friendly
Pros

Paymo software is reliable and easy to use for tracking time and managing projects. I always enjoy using it.

Cons

They increased their pricing a lot (almost tripled it) when adding new features. Plus, they limited how much historical data we could keep unless we agreed to the price hike. Also the new features were not even useful for us but we were forced to accept the price increase just to keep using the tool and access our saved data.

Paymp is an all-in-one solution for us
Pros

From start to finish, Paymo software has everything I need to manage my projects the way I want. It lets me schedule, track time and handle invoicing all in one place. Also I love that I can build the process exactly how I see fit, without needing to jump between different tools.

Cons

Some more specialized apps might have extra features that my business needs. So make sure to do some research first to figure out whats essential, or you might end up disappointed.

Ideal for small-team management
Pros

Paymo is so user-friendly that I can easily manage tasks, track time and take care of billing for my small team without any hassle.

Cons

It works really well for small teams, but I'm not sure how it will hold up if my team grows beyond 20 people. And I am kind of wondering what I'll do when I hire more employees, but I guess I will figure that out when the time comes.

Pros

Not only I like the user interface as it is quite simple but logging time is really easy too.

Cons

There is nothing I dislike about it. It is perfect for what I need.

Does its job well
Pros

it tracks time perfectly. Also with it I can export my monthly reports and there are plenty of filters available which makes it even better.

Cons

At times, it feels like a minute overlaps and pushes the task aside, even though one ended and the next started right after. It is especially noticeable when we are rounding to the nearest 15 minutes.

Makes my job stress-free
Pros

As a regular user, I can't stress enough how easy it is to log time and send it for invoicing with Paymo. It has helped my team become much more efficient at understanding how we're spending our time and quickly solving problems.

Cons

I did not even know it had a desktop app until recently as the web version can get a bit cumbersome to use. So now that I know about the desktop app, it will definitely make things a lot easier for me.
