Best time tracking tool

Pros

I've had an awesome experience using Toggl as a time tracker for all the projects I work on, whether it's just one project or multiple for different clients.

Cons

It did take me a little while to get the hang of Toggl. Splitting up times and projects is a bit tricky at first.

Powerful free plan for business needs

Pros

The free plan is honestly so good. It covers all of my business needs without needing to upgrade. I'm really impressed with it.

Cons

I honestly haven't found anything I don't like about Toggl Track. I love everything about it!

Hidden gem of planning tools

Pros

I started using Toggl mainly to track my time, but I've been so pleased with how it's expanded into Plan. I've tried a lot of different software to manage projects and collaborate with coworkers but this one is definitely my favorite! It's flexible, simple and has such a clean interface that it doesn't overwhelm me. Managing multiple projects can be chaotic, so having a tool that makes things so user-friendly and streamlined is incredible!

Cons

I haven't come across a feature I'm unhappy with or feel like I'd want to change in Toggl Plan. It's been pretty perfect for me so far.

Best solution for one-time project tracking

Pros

I really enjoy using Toggl to track projects for specific clients, or just to keep an eye on how a particular project progresses. It helps me identify trends and figure out how long certain tasks take me.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is how easy it is to accidentally leave the time tracker running. I wish the mobile app could handle it a bit better.

Easiest way to plan!

Pros

Toggl Plan has this really nice, clean interface that makes adding and managing projects super easy. The Gantt charts are perfect for keeping track of project timelines.

Cons

The only downside is that it doesn't include Toggl Track functionality without needing to buy a separate subscription. It would be great if it was all in one.

Ultimate easy-to-use tool

Pros

It's so easy to use! Toggl is a great tool to track how I spend my time and use that information to boost my productivity. I only use the free version but I love it so much that I use it daily. As a freelancer with multiple clients, it's really useful because it lets me track how much time I spend with each of them.

Cons

It would be nice if some of the premium features, like the Outlook Calendar integration or task management, were available on the free plan. But honestly this isn't a complaint..there's already so much available for free.

Top scheduling solution

Pros

I love the visual, linear overview of my year! As someone who's a visual thinker, it's great to be able to see when I'm too booked to take on another project or even better to let an enquiry know my next available time slot.

Cons

I'd say is the features I miss out on because I'm not upgrading. It would be really nice to have a board view for at least one client or project.

Simplify your planning process

Pros

It's so easy to schedule team members across different departments. The drag-and-drop feature makes it even more easy. Plus, it works really well with Toggl Track and JIRA.

Cons

I can't really think of any major negatives. Even the cost seems pretty reasonable for a business.

Your go-to efficient tool!

Pros

This has completely changed my process. It's saved me so much time and I'm way more efficient now.

Cons

Honestly, nothing really comes to mind. It's been working really well for me!

Love Toggl, but needs more features

Pros

The system is super smooth and easy to use. I love how it integrates with other apps, making it simple to manage everything as a team. It's also fairly priced compared to other competitors but I definitely feel like I'm getting great value for what I'm paying.

Cons

I do feel like some features are missing to make it a fully solid project management tool. Also, there's too much room for human error, we've accidentally had people delete entire boards. It would be nice to have a version history feature to go back and fix things like that.
