The best to manage workloads

Pros

Being web-based makes it our fav. Also it is very easy to use and has an intuitive and clean interface. Plus it allows me to keep all my tasks organized and track them easily. It is even great for collaboration, comes with a free plan and even has a mobile app. They keep adding new features and some are even included in the free plan, which is awesome.

Cons

They update the GUI and features from time to time, which confuses us a bit in the start. Also the free plan has some limitations but that's pretty normal.

Has everything in one place

Pros

The best thing about Trello is that it allows us to see everything on one page. We do not have to jump between different screens. Overall it keeps things simple and efficient.

Cons

It feels a little messy and unorganized at times.

Simple and looks great

Pros

I love its visual interface. Also it is easy to use and the power-ups add much extra functionality.

Cons

They do not have swim lanes by default, which makes it harder for me to track projects in detail. Also it is not as easy to follow up on tasks at a granular level, especially compared to something like Kanbanize, which handles that much better.

The best-in-class

Pros

Trello is highly flexible and versatile. I personally love the due dates as they help me stay on track. I have been using it as a CRM for years and it works like a charm. Plus dragging cards between lists is simply awesome as it allows moving prospects through the sales funnel without any hassle.

Cons

Honestly nothing comes to mind when it comes to cons. Trello is a great tool, quite versatile and with all the power-ups available. In short there is hardly anything it can't do.

Helps in keeping tasks in order

Pros

The customizable boards and lists have proven highly benefitted for us a lot for structuring our projects. Plus the automation with Butler is a huge time-saver and really boosts productivity.

Cons

The formatting options in cards could be better to make things more organized.

Was easy to learn

Pros

It is one project management tool we are able to understand instantly and use without an issue, right away. So even if you have never used it, you will not have to worry.

Cons

Trello chat feature is a little confusing. I wish it were more intuitive.

Trello is a multipurpose tool and at my workplace, it is what we rely on to stay organized throughout the day. Plus the flexibility is one of its best features as it allows us to track project progress. We even use it as a to-do list and manage daily tasks all in one place.

Well with Trello setting up project and task boards is as easy. plus it's an excellent way for small teams like ours to collaborate.

Cons

With so many boards, at times it feels to us that there is no clear-cut, structured environment present.
