Love it!
Pros

Workamajig software is built specifically for agencies in the creative field, resolving the issues project managers and billing teams face. It saves us a lot of time and the reports provide transparency too. plus they can be converted into spreadsheets which makes everything even better.

Cons

There are just too many ways to do the same thing, which makes it feel a bit complex at times. Also I feel like it could be more streamlined. And it would be great if there were more reminders or alerts for people who forget to mark their tasks as complete.

Absolutely loving Workamajig!
Pros

I really like Workamajig because it's super easy to use, flexible and has excellent reporting capabilities. I personally use about 75% of the features it offers, covering everything from accounts payable and billing to project management, credit card integration and general accounting. There are plenty of helpful pre-made reports and I can also create my own custom reports whenever needed.

Cons

There are just too many ways to get to the same thing in Workamajig and honestly, some of the navigation is a bit tricky to figure out.. It gets a bit frustrating at times.

Secret to our success!
Pros

Workamajig is really comprehensive, handling everything from sales to billing and accounting. I find the task management features especially useful.

Cons

Learning the platform is tough and the mobile version is tricky to use. I really wish they had a dedicated mobile app instead of just a website. Also, a chat or instant messaging feature would be super helpful!

Amazing product!
Pros

It's super agency-centric, with a lot of great features like Vpayment, the CC connector, advanced billing and prebilling options.

Cons

The project management and media buying features really need some updates to keep up with what's needed in today's advertising world. I've noticed that some of the reports don't connect to each other and honestly, the reporting could be more robust for us as end users. It would be awesome if we had full access to the database to create custom reports, like with a report writer or Crystal Reports.

the system feels a bit complex, especially for staff who don't have much experience running a business. It can be overwhelming at first.

Definitely not newbie-friendly
Pros

The platform helps me track employee capacity, which makes it so much easier to set realistic deadlines and manage client expectations.

Cons

It's not very simple or easy to set up. There's a definite learning curve and I found it a bit tough to get started.

Streamlining In-House Project Management
Pros

I really appreciate the potential Workamajig has because there's so much thought put into it. Plus, I love that as a customer, I can give feedback and help shape the program's future. I'm still pretty new to it but I've found the ongoing training really helpful.

Cons

Not being able to customize the top part of the project request form is a bit frustrating. I'm guessing this might be a training issue or maybe it's something we can work out with our account rep.

Great fexibility with customization
Pros

Workamajig isn't a one-size-fits-all project management system. It offers a lot of customization and I love how it's set up to allow for that everything feels like it's designed to be tailored to my needs.

Cons

Since it is so customizable, sometimes the sheer number of options and add-ons can feel overwhelming. It's a lot to take in at once.

The cross-functionality between different features and the time tracking to projects is something I really appreciate. It keeps everything connected.

Cons

There's so much to learn! Even after going through Bootcamp, I still feel like I'm only scratching the surface.

Pros

I really enjoy the deliverables function. It makes managing projects so much easier and it ties easily to campaigns and budgets.

Cons

If you're not in the system every day, it's definitely not the most user-friendly. It takes a bit of time to get used to.
