CRM with all the essentials
Pros

Covers all the basics well. Plus the customizable views it provides make it easy for our teams to get the info they need right away.

Cons

I have noticed that if your sales pipeline does not match their setup, adjusting it to fit your companys needs can be tricky. Plus, it does not integrate well with other tools.

Practical and easy to use
Pros

If I ever have to make quick changes or adjust fields to fit my business needs, Zoho allows me to do it without any hassle and quickly.

Cons

Some templates and layouts make pages longer than necessary. Maybe it is my fault or my skills are not up to date, but honestly I failed to find a fix for it.

Great for handling sales
Pros

Zoho CRM is an effective automation tool. It has streamlined our sales processes and very much improved decision-making with a great interface and detailed analytics. Also the integration with other Zoho apps gives a feel that everything is well connected and is just a click away.

Cons

It is so much customizable that new users may find it too much but overall, I am still convinced that it is one of the best CRMs for managing sales.

Packed with features, affordable, but has minor flaws
Pros

It is affordable, reliable and packed with features. Also it covers all the basics we were looking for along with offering plenty of customization and extra options.

Cons

The way Zoho CRM is structured and formatted can confuse anyone. And at times, I personally find the logic of the system a bit outdated.

It is highly customizable and has a complete set of modules to fit different needs of our business.

Cons

If you are a new user and setting it up for the first time you may struggle as it is a complicated process. Everything else about it is fine.
