I love how smooth it is to update, schedule, reschedule and edit tasks digitally. I can easily keep track of multiple projects and tasks and the advanced tools make it all even better. Plus I can manage internal messaging and mobile marketing on the go.

Cons

Honestly I can't think of any drawbacks to mention. Everything seems to work really well for me.

With this tool I can track time, manage projects and keep an eye on tasks from anywhere all without sharing any confidential data. The progress tracking is really detailed and it helps me stay on top of everything.

Getting all the team members on board with a new software can always tricky. It can take some time to get everyone comfortable with the change especially since it can be a little difficult to understand at first.

So far, I see more advantages than disadvantages. It's been working really well for me and the pros definitely outweigh the cons.

The dashboard feature is awesome. It gives me a one-screen, high-level view of the whole project which makes managing multiple million-dollar projects across various stakeholders and platforms so much easier.

I've seen some negative reviews about customer service from 2017. I really hope the 2022 version took all that feedback into account and made improvements in this area.
